A Special ~1-Hour Workshop for Harness Dog Sport Lovers

Join Karen for a fun, energizing session designed just for harness dog sports enthusiasts!

We’ll start with a quick, empowering talk on how to bring your parasympathetic nervous system online more often—a key to better sleep, faster recovery, and more ease in a high-stress world. If you’ve been feeling frazzled, you're not alone—70% of people are living in a state of chronic stress. We’ll cover 3 ways to shift gears into calm more often, so you can feel more centered and grounded—on and off the trails.

You'll walk away with 3 practical mindset tools to:

✨ Focus your energy where it matters most
🛠️ Create structure with quick, meaningful self-care
🌿 Tap into expansive energy—even on chaotic days

💪 Then we’ll shift into a simple resistance training circuit you can do anywhere—before a ride, on rest days, or to stay strong during the off-season. It's low-impact, easy to modify,

The session is $60, with part of the proceeds going to support COHDS and CAHDS.

Let’s find a little peace and calm, strengthen our muscles, and fuel our passion for harness dog sports—together.

You can sign up for the workshop at the same time as registering for the time trial (you'll see it listed along with the other classes).
